On behalf of the Healey-Driscoll Administration, we are writing with a reminder that you are invited to join Governor Maura T. Healey, Lt. Governor Kim Driscoll, Secretary of Public Safety and Security Gina K. Kwon, and the Executive Office of Public Safety and Security at the 43rd Annual Trooper George L. Hanna Memorial Awards for Bravery Ceremony.
The ceremony will be held on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the House Chamber, located on the third floor of the Massachusetts State House in Boston. Governor Maura T. Healey will present the awards to the recipients during the ceremony honoring law enforcement officers from across the Commonwealth for extraordinary acts of bravery and service.
This year, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts will recognize officers from the Boston, Burlington, Everett, Fall River, and Holyoke Police Departments.
We hope you will join Governor Healey, administration leaders, and law enforcement leaders for this special occasion as we recognize the courage, sacrifice, and distinguished service of this year’s honorees.
After the ceremony, you are invited to join us for a luncheon in the Great Hall.
