The response to this year’s conference exceeded all expectations, with our contracted room block filling in less than a few days. As room requests were processed in the order they were received, the host hotel reached capacity and is now sold out.
To ensure everyone has comfortable accommodations nearby, we have secured an overflow room block at COURTYARD BY MARRIOTT NORWOOD, located less than one mile from the host hotel. Although it is not adjacent to the host hotel, it is just a two-minute drive away, providing convenient access to all conference activities. We are coordinating a shuttle with the Sheraton to go back forth each morning/afternoon, more details to follow.
